Intercity Xpress bad service

This past weekend, I decided to visit family members in Johannesburg and I booked an Intercity Xpress bus from Port Shepstone to Johannesburg on Friday night and a bus from Johannesburg to Port Shepstone on Sunday- what a nightmare traveling with Intercity Xpress was! On both occasions BOTH buses got stuck in the middle of nowhere, putting our lives at risk. Moreover the drivers showed very little concern about the matter and ordered us to juts wait. I have never experienced such poor service and disrespect. And this is not the first time I use Intercity Xpress, in 2012, the bus was overheating- Intercity Xpress service is getting worse by the day. These buses should be taken off the road because they aren't properly taken care off and the owners know nothing about taking care of clients.<br> As I write this, we are stuck in Durban in a bus that was supposed to be at Port Shepstone now at 6am. I am appalled by the company's service . No one has called us to apologize or refund us for the inconvenience, what kind of business is that? I'm deeply disgusted at their poor service and taking clients for granted. I will never use Intercity Xpress again. Their service is non existent. Poor!
