Absolutely terrible experience. The bus was over 3 hours late, and I am still waiting with no proper updates. Customer service was nearly impossible to reach, and when they finally answered, they were rude and dismissive. I was told the bus was full and that it was "not their problem," despite the fact that the company clearly overbooked passengers in the first place.

Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the staff showed a poor attitude and offered no solution or assistance. Leaving customers stranded for hours and then treating them with disrespect is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they are prepared for delays, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service.
