INTERCITY TICKETS CANCELLATION

I purchased tickets to Mthatha in December, but the event I was going to attend, was cancelled. So, I cancelled the tickets on time, and was promised by Intercity, to be paid within 15-21days. It is now almost 2 months, they still have not paid. The people at customer service, are ***********, they do not reply to my e-mails, phone and whatsup, they only say something after I threaten them. They told me my tickets are pending, no ETA. It looks like they are not going to refund me. Their service is very poor. I started talking to them from the 12th of December, it's almost the 12th of Feb, still no refund. I have sent them almost 30 e-mails and whatsup messages, and they are not doing anything. They do not honour their promises. Poor poor poor service!!!
