Intercity Press *****ulent company

I booked a ticket online from intercity for 7:15pm when I got to the pick up location I waited 1 hour and no bus came. Bear in mind it's so so difficult to get hold of a consultant. Eventually after multiple attempts they just conveniently advised that my bus was canceled. It's been 4 days trying to even get hold of this company for a refund. I sent threats that I'm going to police to report it but al they do on whatsapp is blue tick my WhatsApp messages. Please please do not ever book with this company again they are the worse!!!!
