InterCity Manager Abusive and Violates Passangers Privacy

I boarded on of your coaches a few days ago from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg. What I witnessed your manager do at the Port Elizabeth station is inhuman. The manager (a tall slim white man) violated people’s rights (including myself.) I don’t know who has given him the authority over people’s personal belongings and why he manhandles passengers, and even searches their handbags, wallets and lunch boxes. Who gives him this right to humiliate passengers? I watched him manhandling a woman and search her handbag, and even opened her lunch box, without the consent of this woman. When this passenger tried to speak up, he insulted her. This manager is condescending, arrogant and a bully. He shouldn’t be working with people. He’s even abusive to his own colleagues. Please put him in an office at the back somewhere where he will deal with paper work and not with humans. I can assure you this, if you allow him to keep treating passengers this way, we will resort to other alternatives. We will never allow him to racially abuse us, manhandle us and violate our privacy.
