Intercity is ****py

i booked a return bus ticket to Durban on the 19th March 2020 and cancelled the trip early on the 20th March 2020, their 087 and 063 do not work i only managed to get their number from pick n pay as i had booked through pick n pay, i was promised my money would be refunded into my bank account within 15 days, it has been over a month now, i cant get through to the Pickn pay flight number no one answeres, the Intercity number doesnt go through. i want my money paid back into my account , its frustrating having people provide such a service but we cant contact them, i want my money now
