Intercity is ***

I have used this bus 2 times and both times it delayed for more than 2 hours. No explaination given to customers as to why the bus is late. On top if that there is a hiedelburg stop where they check your tickets AGAIN, in that time the driver decides to go to the mall which was unreal. I called the head office to complain no answer. This is a *** bus with poor service!!!
