My daughter booked a bus with Busbud for Intercity Express from Knysna to CT. The bus did not arrive, no communication from them, and unable to contact them on any of their numbers, whatsapps not answered. She had to spend an additional night in Knysna at her own expense and booked another ticket with Intercape. Still nobody has bothered to contact her with answers or an apology. When she was at the bus station tonight waiting for Intercape, there were a number of people that booked Intercity and 5 hours later they were still waiting for the bus #intercityexpress #****
