InterCity ignores my case of ****** goods

My luggage was ****** by InterCity staff on my way from Durban to Joburg arriving on 05 Nov 2021. The worth of items including my laptop and information within is more than R12000. I submitted all receipts same day. There has never been any call from them to my#elf since, not has clientele legal been helpful, yet another complaint. Bongani w. Miya ***.
