Intercity has failed to process my refund

I requested a refund from Intercity on 3 August 2026, but I have still not received my money.

I have followed up regarding the refund, but the matter remains unresolved. This is extremely frustrating because I paid for the ticket and have been waiting for my money for over a month.

I am requesting that Intercity urgently investigate this matter and process my outstanding refund without further delay. Customers should not have to keep chasing a company for money that is rightfully owed to them.
