INTERCITY FROM PTA TO MARGATE WORST OF ALL

Thee worst service ever, bus arrived late for departure from Bosman Pretoria , broke down en route Jhb Park Station. From Park Station we were moved to another bus which also broke down about 20mins from leaving the station, we are now over three hours late, when we speak to the driver he refers us to Customer Care call centre and the call centre keeps on advising about a mechanic and a third bus on its way. When we ask to speak to a manager we keep on being told they are current in a meeting that no one knows how long it will take nor do they know when did it start. We do not even know where we are going to sleep when we arrive at our different destinations as we are already 3 hours going on to 4 hours late meaning we are going to arrive at our respective destinations very late
