Intercity express,a no go company

In January I booked their bus from Cape Town to JHB and their driver came late and when I went to collect my order at a nearby shop,he left me there,I spent an extra R1600 on top of the R600 I paid trying to pursue the bus but I failed and I was stranded in de doorns for hours until 19:30.I also lodged a complaint with the company regarding this matter but now they ignoring my emails....if someone books them,He/she will do that at their own risk shame
