Intercity express terrible bus service

I am extremely disappointed with this bus service.

I booked on 28 September 2026 for a bus from JHB to CPT on 24 October 2026 departing at 07:15 AM.

I arrived at Johannesburg Park Station at 06:40 AM and was only told at check-in that the bus was cancelled for the day. There was NO SMS, email or call to inform me beforehand.

I called the contact centre and spoke to Vuyisile and Lesedi, but they could not assist with a refund or offer an alternative bus on the same day. Their only solution was that I should take a taxi.

This is unacceptable service. I was left stranded with no transport and no refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone until they improve their communication and customer care.

I want a full refund.
