Intercity express pathetic service

Worst bus ever!!! U have no regard for ur clients, u'r drivers have a very bad attitude towards, they change routes without informing passengers. I booked a bus from durban to vereeniging (9:30am to 17:25)on the 7th of August, guess what? 😡😡I'm stil in da bus even now at 21:00 because the useless driver decided to change routes when we got to heidelberg, I called intercity express to report this and da only thing dey could say was "sorry ders nothing we can do to help u". Ur service is pathetic nd I wish people could stop booking ur busses. Nxa!!!
