Intercity express not delivering good service.

I’ve had an extremely horrible experience with this bus line. I’m currently in the bus as I type this.

My first issue was with the staff at the Durban intercity brunch , they don’t wear name tags so you don’t know who you dealing with, however it’s a light skinned gentleman, who was incredibly rude and unpleasant when I had questions to ask.

The second issue is that, always when you board the bus at the OR TAMBO, the bus stands at different spots and we used to it being at the bus terminal next to the intercontinental hotel. Today I was told I will find it at the fist stop when you enter the airport (mind you the airport is huge and has many stops if not given proper directions).

Third issue was now when we had to wait 45min in hiedleburg waiting for a bus coming from the park station, which resulted to us arriving late in Durban bus station and not the time stated, whereas I also had to travel to richards bay from Durban station thereafter.

So intercity express is not making it easy for me to continue with their bus line, I could have chosen any bus line, but I chose them.
