Intercity Express Nightmare Warning AVOID them!

Intercity express have brocken seats and shunted us from a good bus to a ****py bus on which I couldnt even sit properly and lost sleep for 24 hours. After sending the company a mail they said they would get back to me they never did for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID The people who run this company must be like vermin who like filthy brocken down places like their buses! You have been warned do not be tempted to take this bus go with cityliner or greyhound you wont be sorry
