INTERCITY EXPRESS I WANT MY MONEY!!

I bought a ticket worth around R1800 for 6 people on the 6th of September 2023. A week later I had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. The intercity express guys told me to wait for 21 days. Now 21 days are over I'm getting stories about there were delays in payment and their waiting finance to respond. Even now I'm still waiting and no one is picking calls, they even take forever to respond to their whatsapp chat... The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and poor service delivery. I WANT MY MONEY THOUGH!! I WOULD NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE..
