INTERCITY EXPRESS/ EAGLE LINER IS A ******* OF A BUS

Wow, I could not wait to settle and tell all.

Dated : 17 July 2023 I travelled almost 3 hours to book and catch a bus in Queenstown. On my arrival around 6pm i make an online booking for a bus departing at 21:40 an Eagle Liner The bus was R865 and it arrived at 11:40pm and it was NOT Eagle Liner, it was INTERCITY Xpress The bus was very late with no form of communication,i had to call the customer service line and wait for 30min with limited airtime. All the other buses had left,i was the only passenger waiting alone, at night at a garage . It became worse . The bus was an old INTERCITY with no Heater at all freezing the whole night with having to endure a beeping sound through a 12 hour trip and no TV or any form of entertainment.

Good people, no matter how desperate you are. REFRAIN FROM CONSIDERING EAGLE LINER OR INTERCITY..they are such a ******* . They are expensive with a 1 star service. I will never ever consider this buy again. Another thing is ,a group of my family that was travelling to the sane funeral as I . Eagle Liner exchanged them in JHB without a proper sense of direction. The bus took another turn and took them 4hours apart from the route they were meant to take and demanded them to pay another fair . They transported them to a near
