Intercity express

Firstly the bus was supposed to live by 9pm it was late and we left by 11:45 secondly the bus never came to pick us up under the bridge in a dark spot where we had to run after it with old people amongs us... Our bags were not tagged and we don't even know if our bags are safe at this point cause we stuck in the middle of the rd where we can't even be given any astimated time.. Its a ****y service according to my opinion this bus service should be closed down..
