Intercity express

Book a ticket on the 25th Feb. Going from Amanzimtoti to Boksburg. Different bus pick me up almost an hour late. Durban station had to get into another bus. Bus broke down between Heidelberg and Brakpan. I had to get to my destination on my own expens. Thats not good service and still have to pay the busticket in full. Would like to have a refund!!
