INTERCITY EXPRESS - *****

My daughter is currently travelling from JHB to Amanzimtoti. They had 4 tickets, but there isn't enough seats for them, so now the children are sitting on her and her husband's laps. Her driver is also rude and driving recklessly. I can't get a hold of anyone at Intercity.
