Intercity express bus stuck in the middle of nowhere for 7 hours

We boarded the bus from Cape Town with my family on the 02/10/2023 at 15:30.. the bus was supposed to arrive at Johannesburg park station at 09:30. Now its 10:20 we are stuck somewhere in the middle of nowhere between colesburg and Bloemfontein. The bus has been stuck since 03:00 am. Its been 7 hrs, no help, nothing. Intercity express is so unprofessional. Ruined our Journey home. I demand a refund
