INTERCITY EXPRESS BUS SERVICE WORST EVER!

We bought tickets to travel from Pta to Newcastle for my 2 kids. The departure was 6 am, we arrived 30 min before departure. The bus only arrived at 8 am after lack of communication from the staff. A bus arrived at 6:40 am which got broken while we were aboit to board & we were told another bus is coming from Centurion. It took 1h30 min from Cenrurion to Pta station to arrive. While we were waiting they attempted to put us in a bus which was headed to Durban to drop us at Park Station. The staff argued amongst each other as they were not reaching an agreement as to what must happen to the people who have been waiting for a bus since 5h30 am. They loaded some of the passengers luggage into that bus heading to Durban, which they eventually were told to offload it as another bus is coming. As they were getting off the bus, the driver took off endangering some passengers. He drove off while they were requesting for their luggage to be offloaded from the bus. He almost hit 1 of the passengers, he did not care even when his manager was stopping him. It was a very ugly and unsafe incident. I called the head office to complain, they did not even help.
