Intercity express bad service no bus to travel we r waiting for the bus at jhb from 5pm until now

My parents booked a bus to travel today from Pretoria to eastern the bus have to depart by 17:00. They are still at jhb waiting for the bus. No one is updating them when the other bus is coming . This is a bad service. Pls help its a night they are traveling with a child
