Intercity express bad service

I would just like to express my inner feelings and express myself upon my unpleasant journey and service of this buss.

My first time taking the buss in December the 24th 2017 from Johannesburg to Warrenton we had to wait on the station for 2 hours for the buss to come, with no explanation or apology whatsoever they just left us there waiting until one of the passengers got the courage to approach the office and find out whats going on with the answer being there was somehow complications with the driver being late or something along those lines. Now we finally on our way. Its December and as we all know its a very hot month, we sitting in a bus with no air-cones. It was so hot to a point that you felt like fainting, jokes aside, At some point I was half naked covered with a towel keep on sprinkling water on my body just to cool me down but it didn't help much. If there would to be an epileptic person on the bus with no doubt the person would have had an epileptic episode. Only half way through the buss driver opened the roof tops for some cold air to come in.

Now comes the main problem why I'm writing this review, in December I felt let bigons be bigons not fuss about things and let it go it was a first time experience. Up until my second time using the buss on the 29th of June from Johannesburg to Warrenton again and the same experience repeated itself. We waited at Park station for the buss to depart suppose to be 11:15 and only departed at 13:20, with the same story about the drivers. They didn't have the decency to inform us about the delay or apologies to show sincerity nothing at all, they just let us wait and wait and wait up until I got fed up and asked whats going on with and answer being something about the driver. The buss finally left and after 15 minutes of driving it stopped and passengers had to wait for another 3 HOURS! apparently for another driver. But now really, is this totally normal, it frustrate the living hell out of any person and on top of that the drivers are so rude when asking something they will answer you in a very rude manner and make you understand that you lastag.

Now I'm asking this question that if your drivers are so unreliable why don't you get new once that is reliable because obviously its causing you customers.

PERSONALLY I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE THIS BUSS AGAIN and will not re-command it to anyone.
