INTERCITY EXPRESS BAD CUSTOMER CARE!!!!! I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Intercity Express bus services does not have customer care, the bus was supposed to depart Kimberley to Johannesburg at 06:25 the bus came very late an hour late, and the bus driver arrived and told us they waiting for another bus which wasnt Intercity Express bus. the bus came and it was not Intercity bus was a bus which was hired apparently from a private bus services. i called the customercare the call centre agents were very rude and non professional. BAD BAD CUSTOMER CARE I requested my refund and will see with their ugly customer care will i get it.
