Intercity Express A Bus From Hell

This is a bus from HELL, DO NOT BOOK It. It arrived late oh that was nothing because the worse was still to come- the air conditioners don't work half the bus and we were sweating like hell, can't breathr and yet the drive has cool air at the front. When I approached him he simply said the air conditioners from the toilet side to the back don't work at all.What a bad treatment, I really feel cheated with yhe money I paid, yet even the bus tickets are not the same price for the customer, still have to spend 8 hours breathing hot air with children
