booked a return ticket between Durban and Johannesburg and on both bus trips on your busses, your busses arrived an hour late. Departure times from both towns were NEVER met, no explanation was given. In this day and age, if what you promise you cannot keep, please do us a a huge favour and stop putting empty words in your mission about how you put customers first, because you frankly don't and are failing. You shouldn't charge people for this, it's shocking!
