Intercity /Eagle liner worse bus company ever !

How this bus service is still operational is beyond me, with the way they operate and the type of service they give , i will never ever use them or recommend them to any one ever....i bought 4 tickets which came out to R1000 trip to durban for me and my 3 kids...we were 5 minutes late after running from 3blockas away due to metered taxi drivers not wanting uber drivers to drop or pick up passengers near the terminal....when i appraoched them and explained the issue all we were told was sorry ,there is nothing we can do...i approached the ticket counter and got the same cold response...i called the numbers given to me on the website, from the staff, and thats on the tickets,.....those numbers never work and cant get hold of anyone....the whats app line is just as pathetic . . . .. if you can dont take this lightly , dont use this service you will regret it..how would their people get in touch with anyone should there be an incident or an emergency.....UNBELIEVABLE
