Intercity “ depress “

Pathetic transport service in KZN.

Starting from the bus station , no one had a clue of what’s going on.I Arrived at 9pm at the bus station for a 10pm trip to jhb , only to realize one of the service attendants had put my self and my partner in the incorrect que ,also packing our luggage into the incorrect bus .

We then managed to get into the correct bus at 10:15.

The attendants were poorly trained as they all did not know which bus was going where.

Along the poorly conducted journey the bus had broken down for 4 long freezing hours.

The driver advised that he could not close the door or switch on the heater.

Every hour the driver advised all passengers that another bus is on its way. After a mechanic could not fix problem at hand.

Until 4hours later.

I am disgusted at the service received from the intercity xpress.

I will never take this bus again, a walk to jhb would be more efficient.

In another bus at the moment , hoping to reach jhb...
