Intercity ... customer dissatisfaction

Booked a ticket selected an incorrect time slot for travel, tried contacting intercity via the call centre and via WhatsApp app to no avail i had to send someone to park station where a lovely lady assisted with an alternate number, I got a response from a very unhelpful so called supervisor Particia +***5 who was rude and dismissive. I am yet to have a solution to my query. Intercity is not a small company for them to ignore major customer concerns. Their reviews are shocking ....
