Intercity buses Has terrible service,never taking this bus ever again

Intercity express buses service is really terrible,never taking this bus ever again...22 May 2019 took their bus from Durban to PTA,They dropped us at Park station,and said we must take another bus to Bulawayo made us wait for an hour while other people were boarding....
