Intercity bus service

Very disappointed i booked 6 seats for my family which 3 off them are kids I had to sit far from my wife and daughter and 1 kid on my lap off which I paid for a seat for him we were all separated during a 9 hour trip because intercity has no system of operating everyone sits wherever they want so unhappy with this as it was on my kids bucket list to travel on bus to another province very disappointed will never travel with this company again intercity
