Intercity bus accident

3 pensioners took a bus from Johannesburg to Margate. The bus had an accident. The passengers were left in the dark and rain. We had to collect them from Amanzimtoti then they took a flight back home. No refund no compassion. All the extra costs. I see so many complaints against Intercity they do not care. All the extra costs that pensioners just can't afford. Still no answers.
