Intercity , a Terrible Bus Services

I actually don`t understand how they run their business like that with such rude and disrepectful drivers. i personally used intercity bus last month the driver of the bus was extremley rude and driving with a vey horrific speed. when we address that with the driver he was very rude and shouting the passengers. NEVER AGAIN YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!!!!! i was very dissapointed because i knew the driver very well and we grewup togather :(
