The worst I've ever seen.

Booked a ticket for my mother who is a pensioner. Bus was scheduled to depart at 11:30. It is now 12:50 and the bus still has not arrived. The agents at the station are not communicating as to what is causing the delay.

I am so frustrated because in the middle of a pandemic I cannot have my mum out here in a crowded space as she battles hypertension.

I called in to their offices in order to find out what is happening. Unfortunately I got to speak to a consultant by the name of Tintswalo who has no sense of care or remorse. She instead asked me what do I expect her to because the bus is delayed?

My question, why was the delay of the bus not communicated to commuters, now they just sittting there waiting and wondering. Also, why is this the client's problem. In competence!
