Intercity

I recently had to cancel my bus ticket and was told I will have the refund in my account after 15 days. The 15 day mark passed and still no funds. Tried sending an email but it was blocked. After numerous run arounds via Whatsapp and being told to check in the following week for the second time. I did however get the refund credited but after a long struggle and back forths.
