Inter city... worst service ever

The customer service or rather lack there of is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and that includes home affairs!!!

I lost 2 tickets because they deducted from my account but never send your ticket confirmation. Then comes the impossible task of getting hold of customer service so you can resolve the matter.
