Inter City Terrible Experience.

I’ve supported Inter City for a long time , and I have to say today was one of the worst experiences. From the unscheduled stops that played a part of the bus being more than 1 hour late to my destination, to the blocked toilet full of urine , extremely un-hygienic . Please guys do better .
