Inter city Express horrific experience!!!

Utterly disgusting customer service!!! Date is 15/07/2023, booked an online ticket through their website, my account was debited and I never got sent a ticket. To this day day my email, what's app and calls have not been responded to. Arrived in Pretoria from Limpopo to watch the bus leave me because I didn't have a ticket and no one could help me. That was my 1st and the last time!!!
