inept drivers

In january (3rd/10th)this year, i booked a bus ticket for a friend from scottburgh to pretoria. the bus was supposed to be there in the early hours of the morning. at 10am my friend called me to say that the bus had not arrived, i called your company and i was told that the bus had left without him as he wasnt there on time. <br> my friend insisted that he had been there all the time but the driver said he wasnt. <br> i even pleaded on his behalf as he was coming to Gauteng to find a part time job., but was told that u could not do anything, <br> i accepted your company's word on this- that my friend, through his own fault, had missed the bus.<br> <br> so i booked another ticket leaving for later that evening. once again, my friend called to say the bus wasnt there. apparently the bus had arrived and insisted that the 4-5 passengers waiting there were not for that bus. <br> I called ur company and was informed that the bus driver \ made a mistake and was on his way back to fetch them".<br> Now that made me wonder if the previous mistake was NOT my friends.
