Inconsiderate!!! Terrible service!!!!

O am appalled!!!! I am currently sitting outside Lakeside Mall waiting for Intercity Xpress bus to Margate since 9:15. It's 10:30 and they have not bothered to communicate.A taxi with its logo arrived a while back and we patiently waited for feedback DOLOLO!!!! They are just sitting and a few passengers walked over to ask...response was it is at OR TAMBO and will be here at 10am. Exceeding expectations might be their tagline but they are failing at basic decency.
