Incompetence

Words cannot describe how livid I am.I have never come across such incompetence.Intercity is the worst travel service ever.Their buses delay for hours ,followed by no explanation whatsoever.They overbook buses and cause inconvenience for everyone involved.Not to mention that they don't service their buses and we end up getting stuck in the middle of nowhere,again with no sort of explanation or apology.I cant believe the nerve of the drivers claiming its not their fault.Who's fault is it? Can someone take responsibility. I was stuck in Jhb Park Station waiting for your stupid buses to arrive..I'm now gonna be delayed by 2 hours,time that you can never recover.I demand an effing apology! Your service is disgusting,very soon you will be out of business.Mark my words!
