I'm so disappointed

I have been home sick since Monday, my whole body is sore, I have been coughing, because I catch cold from a bus we were traveling with from Durban station to Park station. It was FREEZING COLD for almost 8 hours. The driver said heater is not working, so the AC blows icy cold air. This is the worst traveling experience I've ever had. I messaged them on Facebook and no response. Their website is not working and there's no email.
