ill treatment for a person with disabilities

so on thursday morning i had to take a bus back to from warrenton to pretoria...i was at the bus stop @ 06;30 for a bus that had to do a pick up @ 08h00...i waited and waited for the bus...i eventually decided to call the number on the bus as it was approaching 9h00....i spoke to one ****en rude lady by the name of lindiwe...i explained to her that i am waitinf for a bus with my sick and disabled daughter...she said to me that is not her problem....i mean what ****en useless cusromer service is this...........................ive never been ill treated with my daughter condition...i asked her to put me through to the manager...she claimed that there is no manager @ intercity express....i will never ever use this bus ever again...i never got my ticket rescheduled because she said she had nothing to do with the bus not pitching....i will make sure this treatment gets to the newspaper..........they have ***** respect for ppl with disabilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
