If bad service had a name(Intercity express) is the one

Worst bus ever. Not once but twice this bus is late can you imagine a 7pm bus only arrives at 21:35 no explanation whatsoever. The bus is overloaded every weigh bridge there is a delay. It's suppose to arrive at my destination by 11 am but I'm still stuck in Zebediel. Then we are told after an hour to disembark and walk so the bus can go through the weigh bridge. People must avoid this stupid bus. Service is worse. It's a ride to hell and this is the second time I'm experiencing this. It happened in August again. Sent an email to complain only to get a reply that says sorry.
