I want my money back please. Their contact numbers is not working..

I'm a very unhappy customer. I booked a ticket today with Intercity Express. I was at the pick up point 1 and a half hours before time waiting for the bus until 11pm. Tried to call them, no luck. I had to hire transport back home for R800. R1500 later and I'm not where I wanted to be. Now I have to book a different bus and travel on my birthday😭
