I booked an Intercity Xpress leaving at 8:50 only to find that the bus that i had use was Eagliner and it left at 09:30

I booked an Intercity Xpress leaving at 8:50 only to find that the bus that i had use was Eagliner and it left at 09:30. Apparently the bus that i booked was overbooked. There is no order when the passengers are loaded. The bus was frim Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria.
