Horrified

This was the worst travel I've ever had with this company! Not only did they leave us in Durban waiting for two hours for another bus, they also left a passenger behind! The bus driver specifically said he doesn't care and is not willing to wait. But we can stand and wait outside, with children for 2 hours?! Not on!!!!!
