HORRIFIC SERVICE FROM INTERCITY EXPRESS.

I bought a ticket going to the FS from the EC, on the very same day +- 45 min later I got a call saying the bus had been cancelled and I would only get a refund after 15days. I got no help from them even after explaining that I had an emergency hence why I booked the bus on the same day. I was put on hold on the phone by a very rude consultant and told me its either I take it or leave it theres nothing she can do... DONT EVER BOOK THIS BUS ITS THE WORST BY FAR!!!! I sincerely hope it SHUTS DOWN!
